CANCELLATION

1. Customers can cancel their booking any time before sample collection without any charges.
2. No cancellation is allowed after sample collection.

REFUND POLICY

1. Customers can request a refund for online payments, credited to the original payment method.
2. Full or partial refunds are applicable if the lab fails to provide the report within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
3. Refund requests can be made by calling  9218102620 or emailing info@curelohealth.com.
4. Refunds may take 10 to 15 business days to process.
5. No refunds are processed once the lab generates the test report within the TAT.
6. Refund requests are not accepted after 15 days from sample collection.
